Occupying a light-filled corner parcel with tranquil botanical views, this once downtrodden freestanding residence was architecturally redesigned with bespoke finishes and a refined Scandinavian aesthetic. Impeccably crafted with great attention to detail, the home now offers a modern, free-flowing layout that seamlessly blends functionality with elegance.

A dramatic ceiling structure on the first floor, punctuated by skylights, floods the space with natural light, enhancing the open and airy feel of the streamlined interiors. Every element has been carefully curated to create a balance between minimalist design and inviting warmth.
